KBennett Contracting is a Raleigh-based Design-Build contractor specializing in providing comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for commercial projects, including medical to mixed-use, fitups to renovations. We are currently accepting projects in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas.

Whether you’re dealing with a new, uncharted commercial space or an existing one that’s not quite meeting your business needs, we specialize in optimizing them for efficiency and effectiveness.

Design and Pre-Construction Services

Our team of architects, engineers, and designers ask great questions and listen well to understand your vision, requirements, and objectives for the project. We’ll then create detailed architectural plans, engineering drawings, and a full specifications document to bring the vision to life. During this phase, we’re also developing cost estimates so you can make informed decisions about the design and scope of your build.



Construction Services

Once the design is finalized and approved, we can transition seamlessly into the construction phase. We coordinate hiring and scheduling contractors, obtaining permits, ordering materials, managing timelines, and other elements of project management from the demo to the final walk-through.

Already have a commercial design but need a builder? We do that, too. We’re happy to take your existing plans and help you turn them into a beautifully realized reality.
