Our Commitments & Values

Our principles guide everything we do, from the first meeting to move-in day. These are the commitments we uphold.

L

Quality of Work

We ensure excellence in every detail. We maintain this strong focus on work quality by assigning each project a dedicated superintendent. In the event of illness or other barriers, each project will receive a temporary alternative supervisor. Kirk Bennett, Owner, is actively involved, regularly overseeing all ongoing projects. KBennett exclusively partners with subcontractors who are respectful, professional, and renowned as industry experts.

L

Timely Completion

We meet deadlines because it matters to the work you do. Delays to a project are annoying at best and cost-sucking at worst. Our dedication to proactive planning and timely reactive troubleshooting keeps the commercial construction timeline in check.

L

Cost Management

Our meticulous approach ensures that your project stays within budget without compromising quality or design. And if an issue arises that affects the budget, you’ll know about it right away so you can make an informed decision.

L

Constant & Transparent Communication

Our clients value our transparent, trust-building communication from the start. Beginning with a detailed proposal, we maintain consistent updates through weekly progress meetings, calls, texts, and emails, ensuring clarity on every aspect of the project. All interactions, from field reports to conversation logs, are meticulously documented and archived.

It continues throughout the timeline as we keep you informed every step of the way with weekly progress meetings where written minutes are circulated and next steps assigned. In between, you can expect calls, texts or emails with vital information – from what we’ve discovered to options for resolution and real-time cost adjustments. We document and archive everything – field reports, photos, videos, conversation logs, and emails.

“The staff and board of CORA Food Pantry thoroughly enjoyed working with Kirk Bennett and KBennett Contracting as we renovated our administrative office building. Kirk led us through this "labor of love" as we worked together to renovate a 1950's medical office building to accommodate our food pantry and office space. I'd work with KBennett Contracting again - and look forward to doing so on projects within the next few years!”

Melissa Driver Beard, Executive Director, Chatham Outreach Alliance (CORA)

“I have known Kirk Bennett for many years, and have had the privilege of working with him in the last several years in his role as a General Contractor and Contract Representative. I have always found Mr. Bennett to be highly motivated, thorough, goal-oriented, reliable and professional. Above that, he is a warm and caring person with integrity, brains, and a great sense of humor. In short, I highly recommend Mr. Bennett and his group for any project that any company is lucky enough to bring him on for.”

Randy Blew, 3Flow, Inc.

"Kirk does a great job managing a construction project. He foresaw potential issues and solved them before they become problems. He is also very personable and easy to work with."
